Social Media Mentoring & Website Management
The client required support with both social media and website management for their Shopify store. My work focused on refreshing the website layout, creating product pages, and assisting with content updates, while also supporting ongoing social media efforts.
About / Objective
Ling’s Collection is an online boutique offering a curated range of fashion and lifestyle products.
The goal of this project was to improve the visual appeal and usability of the Shopify website, while enhancing the brand’s digital presence. Tasks included updating the site layout, building product pages, managing menus, and uploading imagery and product descriptions.

Social Media Assistance
This was the client’s first time actively developing an online presence. While a basic Shopify site already existed, my role was to redesign the layout to better reflect the brand’s vision—creating a more elegant, user-friendly experience. I added new pages, restructured the menu, and optimised the content by uploading high-quality images and refining product descriptions for clarity and accuracy. Once the updates were complete, I provided a training session so the client could manage and update the site independently.

Social Media Assistance
​For their social media, I supported the initial setup by creating the first round of content to announce the store’s launch and showcase new products. I also developed a content calendar the client could maintain on their own, along with branded visual assets and clear brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and professional presence across posts.

The project led to a more refined and user-friendly Shopify website that highlights Ling’s Collection’s products in an elegant and organised way. The improved social media presence also helped boost brand visibility and audience engagement, laying a strong foundation for the client’s ongoing growth online.
